Exploring Liquid-Based Memories for Ultrahigh Density Storage（EETIMES) より。聞きなれないメモリ技術だが、2022 International Memory Workshop (IMW)において発表されたもの。NAND Flashのスケーリングが減速する中で、新しいメモリを探索する動きが始まっている。Colloidal memoryとelectrolithic memoryは、液体ベースの技術で超高密度ニアラインストレージを狙う。
