Top500: Exascale Is Officially Here with Debut of Frontier（HPCwire）より。HPCの国際会議ISC2022で22年度上半期のスパコンランキングTOP500が発表された。今回の1位は、米国Frontier(HPE)で、Linpack性能1.102Exaflopsを達成した。前回までトップだった富岳(理研)は2位に後退。
Frontierは9,408ノードからなり、そのノード構成は以下。
- CPU: AMD Milan x1
- GPU: AMD Instinct x4
- Memory: DDR4 512GB + HBM2e 512GB
各ノードは、Slingshot-11 interconnectで結合される。Linpack実行時の消費電力は21.1MW。
